How engagements run.
Everything visitors actually ask, answered the way we'd answer across a table. If yours isn't here, the intake takes two minutes — or just write to us.
starting
How does an engagement start?
With a brief, not a meeting. The Grill — our intake — interviews you by voice or text and turns the conversation into a scoped creative brief. A human reads every brief and replies within 24 hours.
Do we need to know exactly what we want?
No. Come with a goal, a frustration, or just a feeling that your presence isn't working. The intake is built to resolve ambiguity — that's its job, not yours.
Who actually does the work?
One in-house team, end to end — strategy, design, film, search, outbound. No stitched-together freelancers, no white-labeled subcontractors. The engines underneath are ours too.
ownership
What do we actually own?
Every deliverable. Every reel, post, logo, brandbook and report is finished work delivered to your vault — yours to keep, forever.
What happens if we leave?
You leave with everything. Leaving is penalty-free and your entire archive goes with you — that's the point of delivering finished work instead of holding it hostage.
the portal
What is the Portal?
Your command deck: an asset vault holding everything we've ever delivered to you, a live view of the production pipeline, the Blacklight Index reading out your telemetry, and a monthly Pulse — one number that starts at zero and climbs with every piece of work we ship.
Can we watch work in progress?
Yes. The pipeline view shows every piece moving through its stages — you never have to ask 'where are we on this?' because the answer is always on screen.
composing
How do packages differ from à la carte?
Packages are credit volumes, not feature gates — a convenient pre-composed shape. À la carte lets you hand-pick individual services instead; every pick resolves its prerequisites through three gates: Brandbook, Website, and the Mascot mini-gate. Same machine either way.
Where does AI fit in all this?
Underneath, not in front. Our engines automate the friction — scheduling, telemetry, pipeline drudgery — so the budget funds human craft: taste, judgment and the agonizing final 10% machines can't do.
How fast do you reply?
Every brief and every email is read by a human, and we reply within 24 hours.
