terms & privacy
Terms & privacy.
Two documents govern anyone visiting this site: the terms of use, and how we handle your information. Each clause leads with a plain-language line — the formal wording sits right beneath it, unshortened.

Website Terms of Service
These terms govern how you use this website. They are not the client contract — that is a separately signed agreement, and it is never posted here.
- 1
Everything on this site is ours (or licensed to us). Enjoy it, don't lift it.
Site ownership & IP. All content on the Site — copy, brand marks, designs, case studies, code elements, and showreels — is the property of the Company or used under license, and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.
- 2
Browsing, asking a question, or getting an automated quote doesn't put you on the hook for anything. A relationship only begins when we both sign.
Informational purpose — no contract from browsing. The Site is informational. Submitting an inquiry, booking a meeting, or receiving an automated quote through the Site or its chat channels does not create a binding contract. A client relationship arises only on a signed master agreement and statement of work.
- 3
We work to keep this accurate, but past results are examples — not a promise of the same for you.
Accuracy. We aim to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant it is error-free. Case studies and results are illustrative of past outcomes and are not a guarantee of similar results.
- 4
Don't attack, scrape, spam, or break into the site. We'll block anyone who tries.
Prohibited activities. You may not use the Site to distribute malware, attack or probe our systems, harvest credentials, submit spam, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access. We may block or restrict access for violations.
- 5
Links we point to lead off our property — what happens there isn't ours to control.
Third-party links are outside our control and responsibility.
- 6
The site is offered as-is. We're not liable for what its use might cost you.
Limitation of liability. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
- 7
We may update these terms by posting a new version. Local law that applies to you still applies.
Changes & law. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. These Terms are governed by the law stated in our operating jurisdiction or as required by the visitor’s applicable local law.
Privacy & Cookie Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information across the website, portal, and services — written to global privacy principles, including the GDPR and CCPA.
- 1
What we collect: what you tell us, what a project needs, your portal activity, basic site-usage data, and payment info (never your full card — that's handled by our processor).
Information we collect. Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company); project information you share to deliver services; portal account data (credentials, activity logs, uploaded files); website usage data via cookies/analytics; and payment-related information (we do not store full card details — these are handled by our payment processor).
- 2
Why: to do and invoice the work, talk to you about it, improve what we make, and meet our legal obligations.
How we use it. To deliver, manage, and invoice services; to communicate about your project; to improve our site and services; to send updates (unless you opt out); and to comply with legal obligations.
- 3
We never sell, rent, or trade your data. It's shared only with the vendors who run your work, and with authorities when the law requires.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share only with sub-processors and contractors bound by confidentiality, service providers (hosting, analytics, payment), and authorities where legally required.
- 4
We use functional and analytical cookies to understand usage. Your browser controls them — though some features may stop working if you switch them off.
Cookies & analytics. We use functional and analytical cookies and third-party analytics to understand usage; you can control cookies via your browser, though some features may then be unavailable.
- 5
We keep project data through the engagement and a reasonable while after, for legal, accounting, and portfolio reasons.
Retention. We retain project data for the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and portfolio purposes; portal file retention follows the portal terms.
- 6
We protect your data with sensible measures — while being honest that no system is ever perfectly secure.
Security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- 7
Your rights: access, correct, delete, restrict, or move your data, and object to certain uses. Write to us and we'll respond in the time the law requires.
Your rights (global). Where the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), or an equivalent local law applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us; we respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Some work runs on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, cloud and AI providers). Their own policies apply there too, and any cross-border transfer uses a lawful mechanism.
International & third-party platforms. Where services involve third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, messaging and cloud/AI providers), your information may also be processed under those platforms’ own policies. Cross-border transfers use a lawful mechanism where required.
